Jim has been a licensed CPA for over 33 years and is the founder of Beyond the Numbers, LLC. He began his career in the tax department of a big-eight accounting firm and is currently a partner with GarciaHasler, LLC. He also served as chief financial officer of an international nonprofit organization for ten years. He has experience with tax planning, business advisory, small business accounting and operational issues. His vision for the company is to provide timely, accurate and useful financial information that helps clients make decisions and meet their goals. When not serving clients, Jim enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, fishing and riding horses.
